30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your MagicStyler purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. We stand behind our product quality and aim to provide a hassle-free return experience.
Eligible Returns
- Condition of Item: Items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
- Proof of Purchase: An order confirmation or receipt is required for any return or exchange.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos/videos. We will cover return shipping in such cases.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Shipping & Handling Fees: Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Expedited Processing or Insurance: Any additional services added at checkout (e.g., expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
Return & Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: Email our support team at hey@magicstyler.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Instructions Provided: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the product securely and use a trackable shipping method (unless we provide a prepaid label for defective/incorrect items).
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Refund Issued: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
Customer Remorse & Exchanges
- Change of Mind: If you purchased the wrong product, changed your mind, or decided you no longer want the item, you can still return it within the 30-day window, provided it is in like-new condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different color or model, please contact us at hey@magicstyler.co. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if not available, we will issue a refund.
Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)
MagicStyler provides a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product malfunctions under normal use within this period, please email hey@magicstyler.co with your order number and photos/videos illustrating the issue. We’ll guide you through repair, replacement, or refund options, at no additional cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Products on Arrival
If your item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or videos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped.
- After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, you may still return it under our 30-day policy, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Returns
For international customers, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. MagicStyler is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Customs duties or fees paid at purchase are non-refundable; you may need to contact your local customs office for more information.
Additional Notes
- Processing Times: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
- Policy Updates: We reserve the right to amend this policy to remain compliant with card network regulations and improve our customer experience.
