This Shipping Policy describes the terms under which Jade Paris ("Jade Paris", "we", "us", or "our") ships orders placed through jade-paris.co.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00pm Eastern Time on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Time are dispatched the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Times and Free-Shipping Thresholds

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and exclude weekends and holidays. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the merchandise subtotal before taxes and duties.

  • United States — 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $55 USD.
  • Canada — 5–10 business days. Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.
  • United Kingdom — 5–10 business days. Free shipping on orders over £60 GBP.
  • Germany, France, Spain, Italy — 7–14 business days. Free shipping on orders over €70 EUR.
  • Rest of world — 10–21 business days. Shipping calculated at checkout.

Delivery time estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves our warehouse. Live tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to begin populating with the carrier.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

Most international parcels clear customs without intervention. Some countries assess import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on inbound packages. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Errors, Refused Deliveries, and Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, refused at delivery, or unclaimed at the destination, the original shipping cost and a $7 USD restocking fee will be deducted from any refund. Alternatively, the order may be reshipped to a corrected address at the customer's expense.

Address Changes After Order Placement

Address change requests must be received within one hour of order placement. After that point, the order may already be in the carrier's possession and any changes must be coordinated directly with the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please email contact@jade-paris.co within 14 calendar days of delivery with the details and any photos of damage. We will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund at our cost.
